Natalie Joffe is a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer who is passionate about helping her clients transform their lives. Based in Seattle, Natalie works with clients locally and out of state. She also leads customized wellness retreats, combining both fitness and nutrition in an inspiring and informative program.
Natalie has over twenty years of experience in the nutrition and competitive sports industry. As a young girl, Natalie was a junior Olympic cross-country ski racer. She competed as a sponsored athlete at the US National level, and has coached and skied across the US, Europe and New Zealand.
Natalie earned her BA in psychology with a concentration in neuroscience from Williams College, where she also worked as an EMT and assistant athletic trainer. She went on to pursue a postgraduate degree in nutrition consulting from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She has studied over 100 dietary theories, and has tested numerous lifestyle-coaching methods. Natalie has trained under some of the world’s top health and wellness experts, including Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating.
